Care Ministry Team

Our Care Ministry Team offers compassionate support to our congregants in three main areas:

• Elder Support – Focus on connection with elders (generally 80+) by visiting and calling those who reside in nursing homes, assisted living, or are homebound. We also provide rides to Unity activities for those unable to drive, as well as pray for and send cards to these members. 

• Support During Illness – visits to people in the hospital, sitting with family during surgeries, meals and light house-keeping during recovery, rides to doctors appointments and Unity activities.

• Transition Support – For Unity congregants and their families during the time of transition, we send sympathy cards, assist in Celebration of Life services, and work with the Hospitality Team to included refreshments if needed.
